we had a wonderful stay at the peppermill. our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and a toaster, which made our mornings easier. the adjoining bistro offered delicious meals, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. we appreciated the quick room service, and even during the busy weekend, our meals arrived promptly and hot. the air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the heat, ensuring our comfort was prioritized.

Possibly the best and fairly nice stay for a business trip. Good and absolutely perfect location very close to the centre as well as the bisto/restaurant, fab food. Nearby Bar Cantina - great place to chill out. The attached restaurant for dinner.

The heating worked brilliantly, and the shower was fantastic. Staff, particularly Leah, provided excellent service. Just a minor note, it would have been nice to find fresh biscuits the next morning.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Peppermill while visiting family. The cheery staff were accommodating, ensuring our room was nearby and met all our needs. Our twin room was spotless, featuring a spacious shower, comfortable beds, and abundant towels. The kitchen amenities, including a microwave and cutlery, were a bonus.

I was really frustrated with the check-in process; no one was at the front desk and staff in the bar area just ignored me. It felt so unwelcoming, and a key drop-off would’ve made things easier.

We got brand-new and beautifully maintained room with Queen bed and clean facilities and micowave. Location: the hotel was right by the centre of town and Handy to shopping centre. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
